Tuition Assistance Is Available at I.C.S.
Students will not be denied a Catholic education at Immaculate Conception School because of an inability to pay all or part of their tuition and fees. Tuition assistance is available for deserving families. With the greater need for financial aid, however, Catholic grade schools have moved to an administrative agent to help determine the amount of tuition assistance that a family should receive.

With this in mind, FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment conducts the fininacial need analysis for Immaculate Conception School. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment.

Paper applications are available in the school office. Applicants can also apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com. FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment will prvide a self-addressed envelope (available in the school office) for you to mail the following information:

  1. Signed and completed paper application
  2. Payment of a $20 application fee
  3. Copies of your most recent tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
  4. Copies of your 2010 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse
  5. Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security income, welfare, child support, food stamps, workers' compensation, and TANF

FACTS then evaulates your request for financial assistance and forwards their findings to the school. This will enable us to determine how much finincial aid we need to provide and at the same time keep your request and information confidential. This type of tuition assistance administraion is being used by schools across the country.

If you need finincial assistance, the school wants to be there for you. We want to help you. If you lose your job you can apply during the school year.

Tom Gabel Goodwill Grant
Tuition assistance is also available through a grant in honor and memory of former I.C.S. student Tom Gabel. Tom’s love of life and of others is perpetuated through this grant. It has awarded $5,000 in tuition assistance each year for many years.
